Nino’s Tomato Mozzarella Salad

1 ½ pints Grape Tomatoes, cut in half

1 ½ Tbsp. Fresh Oregano, chopped

1 lb. Mozzarella Balls, Cherry, cut in half

3 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ cup Red Onion, sliced fine

3 oz. Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Garlic Cloves, minced

½ tsp. Black Peppercorns, ground

½ cup Fresh Basil, chopped

1 ¼ tsp. Kosher Salt

Place grape tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, onions, garlic and herbs in a bowl.

Wisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour over tomato and mozzarella mixture.

Toss & refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes.
