Broccoli De Parma

1 bunch Broccoli Crowns

½ cup Swanson Chicken Broth

½ Red Pepper, sliced

Pepper to Taste

1 head Pre-roasted Garlic

Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 oz. Prosciutto, sliced & cut into pieces

Cut broccoli into 2” crowns. Blanche to hard tender stage. Set aside.

Bring oil to a light smoky state. Add Prosciutto and sauté until caramelized. Squeeze in roasted garlic. Add red pepper, broccoli, chicken stock and pepper to taste. Cook until desired tenderness.

Serves 4.

Variations
Add 1 grilled chicken breast sliced into strips. Serve over rice or fettuccini noodles.
