1 C. Sugar

¼ C. Butter

4 Eggs

½ C. Flour

2 C. Milk

1 C. Coconut

¼ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Vanilla

Put ingredients in blender. Blend well. Pour into a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 300~ for 1 hour. A crust will form on the bottom, pie filling in center and coconut topping above.
