1 C. Peanut Butter Creamy or Chunky

1 & 1/3 C. Baking Sugar Replacement ( Splenda)

1 Egg

1 tsp. Vanilla

Pre heat oven to 350~. Grease cookie sheet. Mix peanut butter, 1 cup sugar replacement, egg and vanilla. Stir well. Roll into balls about the size of walnuts. Put balls on cookie sheet. Dip fork into the remaining sugar replacement. Press down on each cookie to indent. Bake for 12 minutes and cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet
