1 C. Sugar divided

1/3 C. Butter

1½ C. Graham Cracker Crumbs

3 3 pkg - 8 oz. Cream Cheese

4 Eggs

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 - 21 oz. can Blueberry Pie Filling

Pre heat oven to 325~. In a medium saucepan place ½ cup sugar and butter, heat until butter is melted stirring occasionally. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Press mixture evenly over bottom of 13 by 9 inch baking pan. In a large bowl of an electric mixer beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually beat in remaining sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla, beat until well blended. Spoon blueberry pie filling evenly over crust. Carefully pour cream cheese mixture over berries. Bake until just set about 40- 45. Cool. Chill 2 hours until set. Cut into 24 squares. Serve garnished with sliced strawberries or mint leafs
